Data and purposes

Contact and stay inquiries include first and last name, email, phone number, dates, room and guest configuration and an optional message. Table requests include name, phone number, date, time, guest count and optional notes. They are sent to the business by email to respond to the request. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information in free-text fields.

Legal basis and required information

The controller must confirm the applicable legal bases for processing before publication. Fields marked as required are needed to process the inquiry. Google Maps is loaded only after permission through the privacy preferences panel.

Recipients and external services

Hostinger — website hosting.

Gmail (Google) — the business email service, used for correspondence at vigneto.booking@gmail.com. This identifies the mailbox service, not the SMTP provider used by website forms.

Scidoo — external room booking service. It opens when you use a room booking button and receives the selected stay dates, guest counts and children’s ages. The contact and table request forms on this website are separate from Scidoo and are intended for the business by email.

Google Maps — optional interactive map, blocked until you consent in the privacy preferences panel. You can withdraw permission through the footer; the embedded map is then removed. Google processes data under its own Privacy Policy.

Social, WhatsApp and directions links open external services only when used, subject to their respective privacy notices. Fonts are served locally. No analytics or advertising scripts are integrated into the website.

Retention

The controller must specify retention periods or concrete criteria for inquiries, email correspondence and server logs before publication. This project does not define or enforce a retention period for messages stored in the business mailbox. Privacy choices on this device expire after 180 days.

Your rights

You can contact the controller to exercise applicable rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw optional map consent through the footer. You may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority; in Italy, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
